As of 3/25, the pending charge of $119has been posted to my account. Rep also said the charge is only pending so it will fall off from my account next day. He AGAIN said account is now fully cancelled and no more charge should be attempted. I spoke with different rep on the phone, he said last charge they attempted was 3/21 and was declined (1st of all my subscription has been cancelled on 3/20). Today, 3/23/23, I checked my bank balance and now, they took $119 from my account. I chatted with another rep and explained the situation, he said he did cancel my subscription and no more charge will be attempted and I also asked confirmation email for cancellation and I received the email. Now, last Monday 3/20/23, my bank's automated system called to confirm my transaction, which Total AV $119 tried to came thru again but it was declined(I have been transferring my fund to the other account since my cancellation was never confirmed after 3/3). Rep replied again said "It was not good to not to have protection etc"(I did not find rep's 2nd replied email until after 3/21) so obioulsy after my back to back email requesting cancellation ,it was apparently never cancelled. I replied to the email said "I JUST WANT TO CANCEL IT". I went to my total AV account and follow steps to cancel my subscription but rep sent me an email and offer $19 subscription to keep me as customer and told me to contact them back. I had a total AV antivirus subscription which was expired however, I guess they tried to renew 1 year subscription and tried to charge me $119 which my card declined. I trust that this resolves your complaint, but please let us know if there is anything else that we can help you with. We have also cancelled your subscription, so no more further payments will be taken.

This would have showed up on your account as a pending charge, as we were never able to take payment. Upon checking your account, I can see that there were multiple attempts to charge your account of $119.00 to renew your Antivirus PRO subscription.
